Thietten Nominated in Top Awards
Nashville’s Indieheaven CEO, Keith Mohr, has released the names of the finalists for the 2009 Momentum Awards. Jaime Thietten, is one of five finalists nominated for Female Artist of the Year, and her new single, “My Chance” was nominated in the Song of the Year category.
Thietten was the recipient of the 2007 Female Artist of the Year award, with her song “Reckless Love” taking top honors as Song of the Year.
Awards will be handed out at the annual CIA Summit Conference, on Saturday, March 28, 2009 in Nashville, TN. There are 15 award categories, including Song of the Year, Male and Female vocalist, Album of the Year, and most major genres.
Thietten will perform at the ceremonies, and her music video of “My Chance”, which she directed and produced, herself, will also be shown.
The Momentum Awards have established themselves as the premier recognition of excellence program in Christian independent music.
