On January 19th of this year we were offered a Production and Distribution contract with Tate Music Group. After a few weeks of prayer, we have decided to accept their offer and sign the contract. We will be officially signing the contract on February 16th, which is this Monday. We are very excited about this opportunity. When you are coming up with the title for a project, there are many directions you can go. You can self title it. You can name it after one of you favorite tracks. Or you can create some witty title out of thin air. We went with a different approach. We pulled a single word out of one of the songs. Insights: Lessmyself What’s in a name? A lot for a band. Coming up with that just right band name can be the easiest and hardest thing to do. Hi out there in internet-land. Here is our weekly update. At this point in our campaign to get our music played on college radio, we have had 20 stations request a copy of “ember” for possible airplay. In addition to the radio campaign, we have made copies of the CD available to magazines, newspapers, and e-zines for review. We’ll keep you informed as things happen.
