A Thanksgiving Adventure

This past Thanksgiving became an adventure on Sunday afternoon coming home from visiting our relatives. The trip normally takes us 4.5 hours but this time it took us 8 hours. Sunday morning I went to church and had a great time of worshipping and praising God. This church was located near where my relatives live. I felt really good coming out of church on Sunday. As a child I grew up in Chicago and attended the Catholic church with my family and attended the Catholic school. I was the 2nd of 4. I remember my parents taking time to talk to us about who God was and what Jesus did on the cross. Through the Catholic church I went through the process of communion and confirmation.
