- Inspiring others to worship God, The Sonflowerz have traveled throughout the United States and Europe for the past 10 years.
British-American sister act Elissa and Becca Leander are recognized for their captivating voclas and honest songwriting. With three 1 radio singles, The Sonflowerz are gaining momentum across the U.S. and U.K. On their third studio release, "All Over The World", produced by 6-time Dove Award winner Don Koch, The Sonflowerz offer an artistic acoustic/pop collection of songs that express their passion to reach a generation all over the world.
The Sonflowerz ministry was born in their hometown of Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1999. The act’s first album,'You Remain' and single, 'Crazy Love', were released in 2002. Their sophomore effort, Alive In You, was released in 2005.
In August 2007 their radio single 'Move Me' climbed to number four on the European Christian Music Chart, outpacing songs by major label acts such as Stephen Curtis Chapman, Kutless, and Audio Adrenaline. Elissa and Becca, who are both half British, have brought their music to British public schools, churches, festivals and conferences in the U.K. on 4 past tours. “Each European tour we do, we’ll take some days off to sightsee, and really experience the culture there.” says Becca.

The Sonflowerz won first place in the Vocal Duo competition and later were judged Best Over-All Vocal Group at the 33rd annual GMA Music in the Rockies in 2007. There they met producer Don Koch, and spent the rest of the year working on their 3rd studio release "All Over the World", in stores December 2nd 2008 through Avista Records and Provident/SonyBMG.

Recently I was listening to a podcast from my college pastor. i once had a dream that i was finally free walking through a river i am familiar with, and it's right here in wisconsin. the dream i had came with a freedom that i was doing a work for the LORD, something i have always dreamed of. no pun intended.
this river signifies the spirit of our LORD and SAVIOUR. and in a very literal sense it has happened.
i have been in the wilderness for twenty years. now it is my prayer that by the grace of GOD i will firmly grab hold of this dream. for it is a precious thing to me. anyways i hope that answered your question. GOD bless you.
