- We at RSR started our operation from the ground up as musicians and music fans who wanted to help others. We have always operated with a non-profit mentality, in that we are service oriented and in reality give all the money we make back to the artist or charities we support. Since taking the label from a personal dream into a working concept in 2005, our simple mission and purpose has remained unchanged:

In keeping with the New Testament model of servant leadership, it is always our intent to serve the artist.
Artists on our roster play both Christian and secular venues, as well as national events such as the Gospel Music Association Music Week, The Extreme Tour, Cornerstone Music Festival and Soulfest. All of this work is supported by the personal finances of the bands, the label's volunteer staff and sponsorship gifts. We have held successful benefit concerts that raised money for Hurricane Katrina victims, American Cancer Society, Relay For Life, sent missionaries to foreign countries, as well as a number of donations to local churches where our bands have performed and served.
