- Coming from the city of Santa Clarita, California the only explanation that can be given for the assembly of the band Kerygma is pure divine appointment. 4 guys...Eddie Rey-VOX, Peter Kinsella-Bass & BGV, Bill Wiley-Guitars, & Shane Coleman-Drums have come together for one reason and one reason only...To worship God. Since this bands beginning, momentum has been building and it continues to steam forward. With an Aternative Rock type of sound and a deeper goal for the bystanders watching, Kerygma is a band that is looking to produce music that will penetrate the listeners being. The music presented is not just a concert per se, but an experience that envokes the presence of God and in a word, can be viewed as much different from the norm. Kerygma has just released their first single "Holy Is Our God" last June and will be recording their debut album "Power Worship" later this year with a goal & direction of a Summer release. The band's name KERYGMA, in the greek means "a proclamation or to herald the Gospel of Jesus Christ"...That is what this band is about. Make plans to get out to an EXPERIENCE soon!

Its been a while!
We pray everyone out here is Blessed! Alot of great stuff going on as we get ready to release our album at Itunes in about a month. Check out 2 songs we added here today and let us know what you think!

We will be posting some music up here in the next month or so...We are finishing up our album right now and will be putting up some songs for preview shortly.
