- "DJ N’LyTe" derived from the word ‘enlighten’ and the phrase ‘in light’. A Lyrical mastermind with a style of his own, a bit up tempo, and yet a bit mellow at the same time, mixing the Truth, the Word, and his Testimony, with some deadly metaphorical and philosophical analogies. He’ll keep you asking “Did he just say what I think he said?” With catchy hooks, and only the tightest beats, mixed with a lyrical onslaught of metaphors, and an endless barrage of punchlines; DJ N’LyTe leads his quest for “Operation Lyrical Animation” *****Whats Up? My name is Curtis aka DJ N'LyTe. I've been a Christian now for about 4 years. I make music and DJ part time. I write and perform Christian hip-hop, I've currently just finished my first album 'I got that ICE IN MY GRILL'. You can pick up your hard copy from me for only $2 or download it for free. - I was an athiest up until about 4 years ago. I never really believed in anything and did everything in my power to numb the pains of this world from drugs to gangs to sex. One day I was walking down the street and decided to call out to God and ask Him if He's real. To make a long story short He answered.
