- I recently rededicated my life to the Lord, after searching and wondering; for more years than I care to mention. I was once an atheist and now I struggle every day to keep my life on the right path. Knowing that I have done myself and others a disservice I now walk with God all of my days and do whatever He leads me to do. If it were not for the grace of God I would not be here to write this. When I was a young boy I was knocked from the back of a pick-up truck and had my skull fractured so badly that the doctors had given up on me to die or that I would be in a vegetative state for the rest of my life. I laid in the hospital in a coma with no hope for survival. My dad didn't know what to do and he and mother were lost. My dad decided to go to the chapel in the hospital while mother stayed by my side. He began to pray and he asked God "Lord, if you give me back my son in anyway shape, form or fashion I will worship you Lord all of the days of my life!" The spirit of the Lord moved through him and answered his prayer. I awoke from my comma completely healed and the doctors were amazed. My parents have been faithful followers of Jesus for 27 years. I myself have struggled with following Christ my whole life. It is just recently that I discovered that I have a cyst on my brain. The doctor told me that part of my brain is dead. The part that was damaged in the head injury I received. She told me that most people do not recover as fully as I have. She went so far as to say, that most people never recover at all. This made me wonder if the Lord had done what he said he would do. So I began to seek the Lord and I found my faith again.
I am a song writer and have been for most of my life. I have decided that I want to make music for the Lord and I have been trying to keep that promise to God and I will all of my days.

I was blessed by this article and thought that I might share it with you. I have also felt this same way, as I wrestled with the many questions that I had pertaining to the bible, God's love, and Jesus' ultimate sacrifice as a non-believer... My Love letter to the Lord
Lord I know that I haven't always shown you the way that I feel for you.
I'm sorry for making you feel that I don't care about Jesus and what he has done for me.
I love you! I want you in my life! You're all that I need!
I wish I could make up for saying all of those terrible things and being the sinner that I was!
I know that saying I'm sorry doesn't make up for all those mistakes I have made or the wrongs I have done.
