Thanks for inviting me, Jimbo. I envy you having gone to see the Ingalls homestead. I have only seen Almanzo Wilder's little farm in Upstate, NY. We took the trip as a group of home schoolers. I enjoyed these books so much as a child, that just like my own mother did, I read them to my children at bed time...twice! I also enjoyed the television series based on the stories.

I love the books and the series! When I get all the Little House books, we are going to do a study during our home schooling!! My girls love them too!!
