I was homeschooled until I was 16, then I started attending our local Community College and completed my GE requirements for college at the same time I completed my Junior and Senior years of High School. I'm definitely doing the same thing when I have my own kids. Now I'm starting to work with Homeschool groups in my area teaching sports classes/Physical Education and career development classes. I'm a huge advocate of homeschooling, but like to remind people to teach their kids how to interact with people in the "real world". I have a lot of homeschool friends who had a hard time once they graduated because they never learned how to live outside of the home.

Just wanted to drop by and say.... keep on keeping on with homeschooling. I homeschooled Nic (guitar) and Cait (guitar/songwriter) of Submerged all their school years. And David (bass for Submerged)has been homeschooled all of his school time thus far as well.

I homeschool in 2nd and 3rd grade then 9th through now (11th grade). You have to listen to Tim Hawkins' song "A Homeschool Family" He is a Christian comedian that takes songs and puts funny lyrics to them. This song is to the tune of "The Adams' Family"! So Hilarious!!

I was homeschooled my whole life and loved it! I just graduated, and hope to homeschool my own kids someday. :)

I took off my cats photo since I started a cat lover group and added this picture from my trip to Mt. Rushmore. That is a better picture for something to do with learning!

I home school my 8yo daughter and my 2yo daughter likes to "do school work" too!! I have seen nothing but good things since we decided to follow Gods leading and start home schooling.

I'm homeschooled. Have been for a long time. When I was younger I hated being homeschooled, but I think its pretty awesome now.
I like getting to tell people that I'm homeschooled just to see the look they give me (sometimes their looks are really funny).

My mom totally rocks! I have 4 siblings and we're all homeschooled. This past June my sister graduated. YaY!

Being homeschooled does have it's challenges, but it still ROCKS!
