How do you remove a photo from your page?

I have tried to remove the picture on my profile of the falls but it keeps appearing. Also how can I get rid of a photo that keeps showing up on the top left corner of our profile? I have done everything I know to remove them. When I post my profile address into my browser is when I see the other pic I added before the one of the falls. Please help!!!

You should be able to go to change photo under the mypage profile photo. Did you do that?
