hey, this is not a question, but i just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone one on this site and all who make it what it is. it really has a big positive impact on my daily life. it is great to have christian friends like you all. life is hard and having christian friends who pray with you really helps. thank you for all the prayers you all have done for me and my family and friends. this has also helped me with my music and me getting to learn more christian songs on my guitar. with all that life has to throw at us, we all need to be reminded of the love of Christ daily. thank you

Greetings from Miami.

From someone who doesn't get on here that often, I sure appreciate the people like you are really the ones who make this work. My son, Matt (21) for example, just informed me that "email is out of date..." And here I was just starting to think I was on the cutting edge. He tells me "Social networking" is the new medium I must master...

It just makes me want to take a nap.

As an idie artist I had joined this CCM group and now need to figure some of these things out. So, I appreciate people like you making it happen.

So, Matt has put together a Facebook project with iTunes I thought you might be interested. It's Matt's idea and seems to be heading in the right direction. It's even fun for an old guy like me.

The idea is simple...download my song, "Friday" from iTunes and help get a pig to a Cuba pastor...it's all explained in the links below.

This is our first run at trying anything like this and while it's just begun, we can certainly see the power of social networks. There are many different factors "in play" here and it's interesting to see them develop.

By the way, "Friday" was co-written by multi-Dove Award music veteran songwriter and producer, Don Koch (4Him, PCD, etc). It will be released to radio next month for Easter.

Anyway, if you care to, I'd love to get your thoughts and suggestions here.

I wish I had known about it sooner. I have been trying to connect with all the Christians I can. It is easy to get caught up with all the things around you, and forget how much you need to stay close to ur Christian counterparts no matter what religious background you come from.
